Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of tensorstudio.ca, the free tools published on it and the free AI visibility audit. Paid design, engineering, SEO and GEO work is governed by a separate written agreement between Tensor Studio and the client; where the two differ, that agreement governs.
Who we are
Tensor Studio is a design and engineering studio registered in Ontario, Canada, based in Markham in the Greater Toronto Area and serving clients across Canada. You can reach us at hello@tensorstudio.ca.
Using the site
You may browse this site and use its free tools for your own business or personal purposes. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to gain access to systems behind it, or misrepresent yourself when submitting a form.
Free tools
Tools such as the llms.txt generator are provided as they are, free of charge. Their output is a starting point that you are responsible for reviewing before publishing. We may change or withdraw a tool at any time.
The free AI visibility audit
The audit reports what AI search engines said about your business on the days we asked. Those engines change their answers over time and can differ from one attempt to the next, so the report is a snapshot, not a guarantee of how you will appear tomorrow. It is provided for information and is not a promise of results from any engagement. We may decline an audit request at our discretion, for example when the business is outside the markets we serve.
Content and intellectual property
Articles, case studies, designs and code on this site belong to Tensor Studio unless otherwise noted. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Client names and logos shown in our work are the property of their owners and appear with permission. Reproducing whole pages or reusing our design without permission is not allowed.
No professional advice
Articles on this site describe how search and AI engines generally work, based on public documentation and our own observation. They are not legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party sites and documentation. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Warranties and liability
This site and its free tools and audits are provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Tensor Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, a free tool or a free audit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
