Challenge
A modular-construction manufacturer needed one system that shows the state of the company at a glance and moves production work through its stages — and it had to be dependable without anyone on staff playing sysadmin.
What we built
- A company dashboard that puts the operation’s current state on one screen
- A production kanban board tracking units through the manufacturing pipeline
- A full migration off a single rented server onto Cloudflare’s serverless edge — no machine to patch, reboot or outgrow
- Durable Objects coordinating shared board state, D1 for structured data, R2 for files
Stack
Cloudflare Workers end to end: D1 as the system of record, Durable Objects for live coordination, R2 for object storage. Zero servers to maintain.
